Presque Isle Hot Tubs is not only dedicated toward creating The Absolute Best Lifetime Ownership Experience for their customers but also in building lasting relationships which will guarantee overall customer satisfaction.
Mark, the owner of Presque Isle Hot Tubs has been working in the industry for over 30 years. In fact, Mark delivers most of his customer's hot tubs in person and takes that opportunity to personally educate them regarding hot tubs operations. Mark says, "I want you to be comfortable with your hot tub, how it works and how to maintain it."
Mike has over 25 years experience servicing hot tubs. Mike is fully factory trained and only works on hot tubs, so you know you truly have an expert working on your tub. Mike loves what he does and it shows with his friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Mike's #1 goal is to get everyone back into hot water as soon as possible because he realizes that a hot tub is one of the most therapeutic places in the home.
Ryan joined the Presque Isle Hot Tubs' team in the year 2000. As our sales representative, Ryan has helped hundreds of local families relax in their own backyards. He truly enjoys helping people choose the hot tub that best suits their needs. Ryan's experience coupled with his numerous sales workshops and factory training has aided in assisting customers with their plans and ultimate decision on a quality hot tub. He strives to go above and beyond for every customer and has achieved Hot Springs prestigious "Top Gun" sales representative award.
