We have a small and knowledgeable team to assure that each and every hot tub sale and service experience fits our customers unique needs. Presque Isle Hot Tubs is not only dedicated toward creating a "PLACE" for their customers but also in building lasting relationships which will guarantee overall customer satisfaction.
Mark, the owner of Presque Isle Hot Tubs has been working in the industry for over 30 years. In fact, Mark delivers most of his customer's hot tubs in person and takes that opportunity to personally educate them regarding hot tubs operations. Mark says, "I want you to be comfortable with your hot tub, how it works and how to maintain it."
Mike has been with Presque Isle Hot Tubs for over 25 years. He is factory trained to assess, repair, and fix your hot tub. He is the friendly, prompt team member who is willing and ready to make a service call to evaluate what needs to be done to restore your "PLACE."
Ryan, one of the company's newest members, joined Presque Isle Hot Tubs' team in the year 2000. Working for nearly 8 years as our sales representative, Ryan truly enjoys helping people choose the hot tub that best suits their needs. Ryan's experience with sales workshops and factory training has aided his knowledge and skills in assisting customer decisions. He goes above and beyond his call of duty and achieved Hot Springs "Top Gun" sales representative in 2003.
